The W8LT VE team's next exam session will be on Friday, January 23rd, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the Ohio Staters Room (on the second floor) at the Ohio Union at The Ohio State University (1739 N High St, Columbus, OH 43210).

Please remember that this is open to the public.

Students and non-students are welcome to arrive to take the amateur radio license exams!

Also, please note, these exams are FREE but you may have to pay $35 to the FCC. (Here is a break down on if you will need to pay the $35.)

If you are over 18 you need to bring a government issued photo identification.
